Return Policy

We want you to love your handmade toys, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

✅ Return Conditions:

Items must be unused and returned in their original product box. It’s okay if the gift wrap is ripped — just make sure the original box is included.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Custom cards or personalized items are non-returnable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be submitted via our Contact Us form before sending items back.

🔍 Damage or Faulty Products:

We will inspect and confirm any damage or faults upon receiving the return.

Please note: Returns based on personal dissatisfaction with features that are clearly described in the product listing will not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Once the item is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).
